1. Agreement

Vision Note is a personal goal-setting tool for iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vision Note on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. Tips (In-App Purchases)

Vision Note offers optional tip purchases as a way to support development. Tips are one-time consumable purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple — Apple's payment terms apply. We do not process or store payment information. For billing issues, contact Apple Support.

4. Your content

The goals you write belong to you. They are stored on your device only. We never access, collect, or transmit your content. You can delete your data at any time from within the app. All data is permanently removed when the app is uninstalled from your device.

5. No warranty

Vision Note is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vision Note.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through good faith first.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll update the date at the top when we do. Continued use of the app means you accept the current Terms.
